Whether you’re in a restaurant, home, or apartment, when you’re in Minneapolis, you’re bound to come across some fantastic interior design layouts.

This area is home to some extremely talented and creative interior design teams. At Teskey Mediaworks, we are fortunate enough to work with some of these agencies in helping their designs translate online to showcase.

While there may be a lot of interior design companies in Minneapolis, no two are alike. If you’re looking to team up with a talented and experienced interior designer for your home, apartment, or restaurant, then check out some of the following teams.

Tiffany Hanken Design

126 N 3rd St
Minneapolis, MN, 55401

Tiffany Hanken Interior Design works towards creating spaces that allow their clients to live their best lives. They specialize in Downtown Lofts and Condos and have created award-winning retail spaces within the Twin Cities as well.

One look is all you need for this condo. The use of wood combined with a beautiful blue backsplash that extends into the common area gives off a fantastic modern feel. Overall, every detail, from the table to the furniture, is carefully considered, and it shows in the finished product.

Dwelling Designs

618 N Washington Ave #101
Minneapolis, MN 55401

Dwelling Design is a two for one, in that you not only have a residential and commercial interior design firm but a contemporary furniture boutique too. Led by Ammar Steven Alshash, who has 15 years of experience in the design world, as well as talented designers Rachel Drewitz and studio manager Hania Curry, Dwelling is a staple of the Twin Cities design community

Photographed by Teskey Mediaworks, this design illustrates why Dwelling is an award-winning team. For those who have worked with Dwelling before, you know that they live up to their promise of excellent customer service and finished designs.

Shea Design

10 S 8th St
Minneapolis, MN 55402

If you’ve ever been in a restaurant in Minneapolis and thought, wow – the detailing and design in here is fantastic, then you were likely in a restaurant designed by Shea. At Shea Design, their talented team doesn’t just create high-quality, modern eateries and shops, but they also work hard to make sure that their designs are extensions of their client’s brand.

Shea Design hit it out of the park with their Bat & Barrel restaurant design at Target Field. Not only does it look great on its own, but if you’re familiar with the rest of the park, you’ll notice how it blends in seamlessly with the rest of the themes at Target Field.

Lilu Interiors, Inc

275 Market St #546
Minneapolis, MN 55405

Lilu Interiors specializes in luxury design not just in the Twin Cities, but across the U.S. Lilu is all about creating spaces that are unique to your personality, interests, and lifestyle. In short, they create designs that are “authentically you.”

If Lilu lived up to their reputation for this home, then we can only imagine that the homeowner is a big fan of wine! We love this take on the traditional wine storage unit that resembles something a little more creative, and a little more modern.

Twist Interior Design

811 Glenwood Ave #350
Minneapolis, MN 55405

Fulfilling and fun. That’s what you can expect when working with Twist Interior Design. They preach collaboration and having a good time while doing it. They understand that designing a new home or apartment should be exciting, and not stressful. It definitely shows in their finished designs.

The simplicity of this design is what stands out – a perfect example of how often, less is more. The subtle attention to detail, like the color of the table and the chairs, is what makes this design.

David Heide Design Studio

Grain Exchange 663, 310 S 4th Ave
Minneapolis, MN 55415

While some design studios may stick to a specific niche, David Heide Design can work in a large variety of architectural styles, where quality and craftsmanship are at the forefront of each design.

Everything about this kitchen is amazing. The color is a little unorthodox, as you won’t see it very often in many other homes – but it looks fantastic with the wood features and white tile walls. It’s classic but still allows for plenty of space and functionality.

Bria Hammel Interiors

750 Main St #214
Mendota, MN 55118

Another designer we’ve had the privilege to work with, Bria Hammel Interiors is passionate about helping their clients live their best lives through their designs. They “go the extra mile” and want to be sure that their clients feel that through the finished results.

Another photo taken by us here at Teskey Mediaworks, this remodel in St. Paul was featured in the Parade of Homes Spring Remodeler’s Tour “Dream Home.” This home was the first of three side-by-side homes designed to combine modern conveniences and layouts with the traditional “Old St. Paul” look and feel.
