Nothing better than a cute house all lit up at dusk!

I love when a house has a unique surprise – something that makes me drop what I’m doing because I’m dying to see what it has to offer.  This house in Lake St. Croix, MN has that wonderful screen porch on the garage reachable by a skyway from the main house.  Why?  So you can see this:

The house is about 100′ from the St. Croix River – and from the gazebo on the roof of the garage you’ve got a spectacular view of the river.

The rest of the house was a stunner once I walked through the door – the owner did an amazing upgrade job and had a beautiful staging job.  The great room area is perfect for the empty nesters that are looking to live near the water and entertain frequently.

The kitchen was really a center point of this sanctuary – all stainless upgrades, lots of tile, open prep areas, granite, and every imaginable upgrade.

This is yet another place that I went into wishing that I could buy.  It was so cozy and well done – I have a feeling this one won’t be on the market for long!
